CytoFlex S / Beckham Coulter

The CytoFlex S flow cytometer is designed to analyse complex cell suspensions with high throughput. Some highlights include the addition of a plate loader module, which allows sampling directly from a 96-well plate, as well as the specifically curated combination of 3 lasers and 13 filters.

Laser and Filter Configurations:

  • 408nm (violet): 405/10, 450/45, 525/40, 610/20, 660/10, 780/60
  • 488nm (blue): 488/8, 525/40, 690/50
  • 561 (yellow): 561/10, 610/20, 585/42, 690/50, 780/60
  • 660nm (red): 660/10, 712/25, 780/60
  • Sample from tubes or 96 well-plates

CytoFlex SRT / Beckham Coulter

The CytoFLex SRT  is designed for high throughput. Some highlights include the ability to sort directly into any kind of culture plate (up to 384 well-plates), as well as the simultaneous sorting of up to 4 sub-populations and the combination of 3 lasers and 18 filters, which makes the device compatible with almost all commonly used fluorescent dyes.

Laser and Filter Configurations:

  • 405nm (violet): 405/10, 450/45, 525/40, 610/20, 660/10, 780/60
  • 488nm (blue): 488/8, 525/40, 690/50
  • 561nm (yellow): 561/6, 610/20, 780/60, 585/42, 710/50, 675/30
  • 660nm (red): 660/10, 712/25, 780/60
  • Sort up to 4 populations into tubes or plates

CytoFlex LX / Beckham Coulter

The CytoFLEX LX flow cytometer is equipped with 5 lasers, that allows the high-end analysis of up to 19 fluorescence parameters. Due to the high sensitivity and the violet side scatter configuration, the CytoFLEX LX is suitable for the characterization of extracellular vesicles from whole blood, plasma, as well as cell culture supernatants. Data acquisition and analysis is performed with the CytExpert Software.
